These Terms apply to all orders which you place using this Website and by placing an order you agree to be bound by them. Please read these Terms carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference.
1. Definitions
- “Terms” means these terms and conditions together with the Privacy Policy and such other policies as we notify you from time to time.
- “Product” means an item displayed for sale on the Website.
- “Recipient” means the person to which you have specified the Product is to be delivered. This could be you or any other person that you specify as the recipient.
2. Our Contract
A contract shall be formed between you and us on these Terms in the following steps:
(i) Offer: When you place an order to purchase Products by clicking the “confirm order” button at the end of the online order form on this Website, this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items in accordance with these Terms.
(ii) Acknowledgement: We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email detailing the Products that you have ordered (“Order Acknowledgement Email). This is simply an acknowledgement that we have received your offer and is not in any way to be construed as an order confirmation or acceptance of your order from Pledge LTD.
(iii) Acceptance: We will then send you an email confirming that the Products that you ordered have been dispatched (“Order Despatched Email”) once the order has been despatched from our warehouse. Upon such despatch your order will be deemed to have been accepted by us and the contract between us created in respect of those Products mentioned in the Order Despatched Email. Please note that if your order contained a number of Products and the Order Despatched Email mentions only some of them, those Products which have yet to be despatched to you do not form part of that contract.
We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, where either:
- the Product that you ordered is out of stock;
- we were unable to obtain authorisation for your payment;
- there was a pricing or product description error;
If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
13. Severance
If any part of the Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
14. Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any provision.
